Situated lakefront on Fourth lake in Old Forge, NY, XXXX offers nearly 6,500sq feet of modern and unmatched Adirondack short-term living. Considered by many to be one of the best lakes and spots on the Fulton Chain, our soon to be fully renovated XXXX offer comfortable and spacious living for groups as large as 30 people. Our fully furnished lakefront cottages include a clear view of the lake, sun all day and into the evening, shared lakefront access, a dock, beach and some of the most amazing lakefront views that the Adirondacks have to offer. In addition, we have eight kayaks, a volleyball/pickleball court and much more available for use by all.
XXXXX is located right off Route 28, just before Eagle Bay NY and literally just a few minutes away from Main Street in Old Forge. Enchanted Forest, Thendara Golf Club, McCauley Ski Mountain, Bald Mountain, Rocky Mountain, Black Bear Mountain and Inlet, NY are a stones throw away…we couldn’t be anymore centrally located. For you bikers, runners and runners, the TOBIE Trail is right across the road from our entrance! And for you snowmobilers, yes, you can easily and directly access the trail system from the lake or the driveway….it’s that easy.

Each of our cottages can be rented separately but the property is ideally suited for large family/friend gatherings, company retreats, reunions and small weddings. We’re also next door to the Kenmore Cottages, which allows for additional lodging options if your group size exceeds 30 people. Each our our cottages include:
· Fully furnished rooms with bedding and linens
· Full kitchen with dishes, glassware and utensils
· Bathroom and shower (at least 1 per cottage)
· Washer and Dryer
· Outside fireplace and seating
Rental Options:
· Last week of June through Labor Day Weekend: 7-day rental (Saturday to Saturday) for each/all cottages.
· September through June: Minimum 2-night rental for each/all cottages.
· All winter season (December 1st through April 1st) rental options are available for each/all cottages.
